Sossego do local e localização com vista desafogada e até talvez alguns serviços nas redondezas,
Falta de foco no cliente, não haver agua ou café de cortesia seria desculpável num preço medio baixo o que manifestamente não foi o caso. Mau foi andar à procura se havia ou não eletricidade, foi difícil encontrar o interruptor que estava no final da divisão. A cama muito má. A decoração confunde o antigo com o velho. Por fim um percalço, a lampada da casa de banho fundiu, não houve banho na chagada e de manhã não houve possibilidade de substituir a lampada,
