The Rixx Amazing Apartment in D1/bathtub/pool/gym

'The host was not responsive. We rent the apartment for 3 days , but 2 days we did not obtain the right wifi name and password. The host did not responded to our text. It was very inconvenient.

Location was okay. Had a little trouble finding our way around, as not sure which direction to go in and no one spoke English at reception which was difficult.

I didn't like the hard bed, there were no dish towels to dry the dishes with, old well used green scrubber to clean dishes, old dish rag of sort in cupboard we used to wash dishes (looked like a Childs old cuddly cloth) About a teaspoon of dishwashing liquid left in the bottle, no teaspoons for making coffee, couldn't access mini bar as locked, no lockbox for passports etc, sliding doors to balcony didn't lock, outside area quite dirty with the washing machine and dryer, no English instructions for dryer or washing machine (worked it out through trial and error). Kitchen bins lid dirty with sauce and food on top. Couch very uncomfortable and only fitted x 2 persons, we had x 4 in the apartment, had to use kitchen chairs to watch tv and very uncomfortable! One remote for x 2 tv's...what's the point in having x 2 tv's when you have to go and borrow the one in the lounge when others using it to turn channels etc?? Non English speaking reception, couldn't book taxi, get help with area around us. Only 4 towels and a bath mat for x 4 people as not a serviced apartment,(obviously we had washing machine, but had to put these on daily as had to use for pool also) no flannels or hand towels. This was very expensive in comparison to what we had paid for in Vietnam on our holiday, which other hotels included breakfast for the price and serviced the apartment daily. Wouldn't do an apartment again. We did message the property owner/employee to provide more dish washing soap, towels and teaspoons and dish towels to dry dishes, he did deliver the towels, dishwashing liquid, but he just bought more large spoons and forks ? But we were grateful for what he did manage to bring.
