The apartment was very large with a sea side view equipped with everything a family would need in the kitchen including a coffee maker and a toaster. Not all the plugs were working nor did some lights and some were flickering. Also some mold here and there, obviously it has not seen proper maintenance since a while, but not that bothering.

Good location, but you need to consider that the apartment building is located on a hill and there are many stairs in the area. There is a beautiful beach and good restaurants nearby.
It was difficult to communicate with the owner of the apartment. If something has been agreed, they promise to let us know, but then you wait for hours for an answer and then you have to ask again yourself. The electricity went out three times when we were using the stove, oven and washing machine in the kitchen at the same time. The light bulb in the bathroom didn't work and they promised to change it the next day. The next day a young man contacted us, but they still didn't come to change the light. We also saw a cockroach on the living room floor.
You have to ask for the 200 euros that were deducted from the bill yourself, otherwise you might have to wait. Fortunately, it was returned within two days.
I have attached a picture of the suspicious bed sheet that was on one of the beds. We washed it again, but it remained the same, it seems to have worn out. The mattresses of the beds are too hard and there is noise coming through the windows, especially at night.
