Зручне розташування — дуже близько до моря. Апартаменти знаходяться в комплексі 8-а Перлина з охороною та закритою територією, є підземний паркінг, ліфти, охайні під’їзди. Квартира повністю відповідає співвідношенню ціна/якість: є все необхідне для комфортного проживання — кухня з технікою, кондиціонери, Wi-Fi, пральна машина.
Душова кабіна потребує уваги — злив забитий, і вода дуже повільно проходить. Рушники вже варто замінити: вони сильно линяють, після витирання залишаються сліди пуху.
