*Близкість до моря - вийшли за територію, спустились по дуже крутому спуску-вже пляж і ресторани
*Наявність паркомісця на території (про підземний паркінг не уточнювали)
*Просторе житло
*Власниця привітна жінка, зустріла, все показала, в останній день теж сама прийшла забрати ключі
*Були в вересні, тому дружина дуже зраділа, що з балкону видно схід сонця (влітку певно сонця довго не видно через будинок ліворуч. праворуч також розташований будинок)
*всюди плитка, дружині було прохолодно (влітку напевно кайф)
*ввечері чутно музику з кафешок Аркадії+дуже голосні діти/дорослі, що грають на майданчиках під вікнами

If you like Odessa as a city - it is convenient place for a living. Big supermarket, new movie theater, sea cost are very close.
If you need something - just ask the hostess.
I like to drink tea from very big cups but forget to ask the hostess to bring it to the apartment

Very nice clean huge with balcony and 5 min to the beach! . Excellent location. Will go there again !
