Дуже зручне розташування, біля будинку є всі магазинчити, до вокзалу не далеко як і до моря, поряд пляж Калетон ( супер). Дуже охайно в квартирі і є все що потрібно.

Дуже чисто, гарний комплекс, є підземний паркінг де можна побути під час тривоги, не високий поверх. Приємний власник. Поряд АТБ та ресторани, до найближчого пляжу хвилин 30. Недалеко залізничний вокзал, пішки до Дерибасівської можна прогулятися, по часу 1 годинка😁 Все чудово, нам сподобалось.

Простора, світла і тепла квартира.
Парковки немає(як написано в оголошені), замість одноразових капців, були чиїсь многоразові резинові шльопки. Немає інтернету коли вимикається світло. А і ще застава готівкою при заселені - це теж щось нове для букінга🤨

Гарне розташування, квартира тепла, власник приємна людина. У квартирі було все для проживання. Дуже чисто і затишно.
