Чудове розташування. Гарний дизайн, простора світла кімната з чудовим видом з вікон. Простора комфортна тераса. Окрім посудомийниої машини є все для зручного відпочинку та проживання. Чисто, стильно, зручно. Є кавомашина і запас касет для неї. Доступне проживання з тваринами і для песика це було окреме щастя. Поряд великий торговельний центр з магазинами та ресторанами. Локація надає можливість відпочивати біля моря і відвідувати розважальні заклади. В басейн можна набирати і теплу воду.

This is an amazing condo in Odessa. Unit was very comfortable and we enjoyed ourselves. Beds were very comfortable and view was priceless. If your looking to book in Odessa new area look no further.

the apartment has a good location, close to the sea. However, the owner gave the wrong address (at least my apartment). The real address is Arcadskie Plato 5a. the premises have a good location near the sea, shops, doctor, shopping center and boulevard. the apartment was clean. the equipment looks nice, but is of the lowest quality. the microwave works so loudly that I thought it would explode, for safety I always turned off. the vacuum cleaner is loud and the cleaning lady is bad. The air conditioning works, the fridge is also there, iron, internet, tv. but there are no towels (although they were in the description), no toilet paper (which can be an unpleasant surprise after arrival. Water is leaking from the shower, probably from the washing machine too. There is mold in the apartment (in the bathroom and the room).
