Чудове місцезнаходження, до моря пішки хвилин 20 через Парк Шевченка, йшли з чудовим та приємним видом😍🌊. До Дерибасівській та інших візитівок міста (Потьомкінські сходи, Порт, Приморський бульвар, Оперний театр, Міський парк ) хвилин 15-20 пішки ☺️
Трішки ретельніше слідкувати за чистотою та сходи, по яким проходити в апартаменти, треба обережно спускатися
