Holiday House near beach

Great location in suburb nearby public transport options and easy walk (10 minutes or so) to the beach. Lovely backyard and very spacious.

Minor quibble was tram line was directly outside of the front door which may impact some light sleepers.

The size of the house, the garden and the parking were all very comfortable. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms accommodate a lot of people. Everything was updated and modern.

Little attention to detail could make this an exceptional stay, but the lack of it sometimes makes it annoying and slightly inconvenient. For example - a little trash can in the upstairs bathroom would be great. Also, a caddy in the shower, so you don't have to keep your toiletries on the shower floor. Light and view blocking curtains in the bedrooms would be nice. We had to hang up blankets to be able to sleep. A roll of paper towels in the kitchen.... Just things like that...

Property is close to the beach, easy to reach on foot. Tram station is ~ 200m from the property, perfect for ride to the city centre. House is nice - enough space for 6 adults and 2 kids.

Great location- 5 minutes walking to the beautiful beach of Liepaja ( beach is absolutely stunning, 500km long, sandy- with white fine sand). 7 minutes walking to local market- amazing Latvian market for vegetables, wild berries , meat pavilion. 10 minutes walking to main city square and also children’s playground, tennis courts, cafes, restaurants… Spacious house with 4 bedrooms, clean and comfortable.

Street was a little bit noisy, as it is next to the tram line. But this was not disturbing too much.
