Fantastic place - wooden houses, lake, pine forest around. Clean cottage house (2 rooms, kitchen, shower and WC), AC, floors with heating, additional heating in the rooms. Place for bonfire, barbeque possibilities (all the utensils for that in the common warehouse). Free of charge bicycles. Boats, SUP boards available for rent. Possibility to fish in the nearby lake. Berries and mushrooms.
We we "lucky" to stay there during the heavy storm where there was no electricity and water for some period of time. Some candles and buckets for collecting water would be nice (could be stored in the common warehouse). Not enough hangers in the bathroom for the towels.

Everything was perfect. It was a gem in the middle of a beautiful area. Our welcome was warm; the ostriches were a lovely surprise; the grounds were glorious; the unexpected breakfast was full of home grown produce and beautifully presented, and, we came home with a wonderful log basket.

Great location in a chill forest right by the lake. Nice rooms, cosy common areas and outdoor areas, incredibly well equipped kitchen in the main building where I stayed. Helpful & friendly staff. Hiking options, boat and paddle board rental, outdoor barbecue. Perfect place for a quick disconnect in the nature on your own or with a company.
The only minor downside was that the bikes were out of order.
