There were some issues, but overall it is a great place to stay for 2+ families.

The place, the house, the forest, the sauna.

It was hard to find/navigate the exact house (there are 4), unfortunately the staff could not help us. The plumbing behaved strange - water pressure occasionally drops for 3 seconds and the toilet randomly partially flushes.

Nice place for a weekend, remote place and short walk to the seaside

It was cosy and fairly well equiped. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning worked great, place has a dishwasher and great sauna. Sea side is down the road and area is remote and quiet.

The place was not very clean, there were a lot of spiderwebs and dust. We also missed some kitchen utensils, there were only 3 glasses, all knifes were extremely dull, all of the pots were too small for a group of 5 peope. Dishwasher was not cleaned and it was very loud. Also we thought ir would be very nice to have a comfy lounging place outside, some comfy chairs or hammocs would be a great addition. Also, key pickup is an issue, we had to drive to a hotel to get the keys and when we got there on agreed time we were told that we have to wait another hour before we can get in. This was a big inconvenience for us and we thought they could have informed us about it in advance.

Very close to the sea. Sauna is a nice feature when it's raining in summer.

Very very bad that you need to go additional 6km one way to take keys for the house. Also you need to go these km again because you MUST bring the key back! OMG people, it's 2025! Buy a keybox it doesn't cost a fortune! But I guess the owner doesn't want customers to come back again. - No coathooks in sauna shower, nowhere to put your towel. Nothing to wipe the floor in sauna/shower. I mean it's sauna and shower, of course it will get dirty at some point so why you (owner) not thinking about this?? - I don't know who built this house, bet sesk du! Kitchen area is so inconvenient! No dishwasher (again, the year is 2025 just a reminder...) lots of empty, useless space, not enough dishes. The fridge is very very tiny for 8 people that you can accomodate. Only one garbage bag for the whole stay. Again, you need to bring your own. - 4 bedrooms and only 1 wardrobe. Are you kidding me? It feels like the owner wanted to build this house as cheap as possible, but take as much as possible from us 😃 - One bedroom (which photo they don't show of course) doesn't have normal bed, it's just mattres on the floor. - The so called barbecue (saslykine paprasta) is very rusty and in a bad shape. So to sum up, everything adds up to a very bad price-quality ratio. Lots of improvements needed, but seeing similar comments from other travellers a year ago and how nothing is changing, I would not expect it to change any time soon...

Good location but overpriced and made without love.

◦ near the sea, just 5 min walk through beautiful nature ◦ very calm and quiet ◦ the house is separate, so you can enjoy privacy ◦ there mosquito nets on all windows ◦ large seats outside, fireplace and grill (but no equipment) ◦ electrical sauna, heats up fast

◦ bad water smell and dark colour - can'y use it for drinking and food preparing, so bring your own drinkable water ◦ water runs in pumps, not evenly ◦ the floor was not cleaned - you could feel sand under your feet. Also, impossible to clean yourself as there was no broom or vacuum cleaner (there was a portable vacuum cleaner but it was uncharged and no charge cable there) ◦ Overall it was not very clean - dust, spiderwebs in the bathroom ◦ no hangers, racks, cupboards to store items - we just had to leave everything in the luggage - no reading lamps in the rooms, just the ceiling lamps ◦ extra small fridge – the house is said to suit 8 people but the fridge is hotel room size ◦ extra small baths, nowhere to put cosmetics and stuff, no hangers for towels ◦ there is a server near the ground floor bedroom – it works so loud you hear it even with bedroom door closed. Not the thing you expect to have while on a quiet holiday in the nature ◦ no salt, oil and other basic products – bring your own ◦ no chopping board, frying pan, siever etc - just 2 boiling pots ◦ there is a capsule coffee machine nut you have to pay 2€ for each capsule! ◦ key pickup and drop off is 9 min drive from the location

Perfect stay just a few hundred meters from the seashore

Perfect spot near the Baltic sea with a short path to the seaside.

Key collection is a little bit tricky, as you have to ride 5 km to another place.

Great place in the middle of the woods.

The wooden cabin looks beautiful in the middle of the forest. It’s only a 7-minute walk to the sea, and there’s also an incredible park-like forest with many trails for lovely walks. When you’re at the cabin, the surroundings are very peaceful, creating a super relaxing atmosphere.

First of all, the tap water has an unpleasant smell. You need to bring your own water for drinking and cooking. There’s no salt or sugar provided, so make sure to bring that as well, along with your own coffee. They do have a coffee machine, but you have to pay per cup. Also, if you want to make a fire or use the BBQ, you’ll need to bring your own firewood.

It was beautifull and with few changes ir might bring full comfort and no worries.

I loved the quiet surrounding. Sea was within few minute walk and it was beautiful. In house everything was clean and all necessary facilities were provided. Would choose this place again.

The only issue I had was logistic to get the keys. You need to get them in close by hotel. Thankfulky for us, it has along the way, for others it might be a bit of a challenge.

Less than 10 min walking to sea and feeling of private property - distant from other vacationers, private terrace, grill, large garden. Decent quality of equipment - beds and bedding, kitchen ware, dishes, cutlery etc. Very supportive staff, quick reaction to any request.

We ordered as private house, got twin with other vacationers (we were lucky they appeared to be calm people). No oven, just microwave. Small sink at bathroom.

Comfortable spacious house in the forest - great place to recharge the battery

All travelers from Palanga side BEWARE that you will need to do extra 30 km circle to collect keys from Liepaja! This is disclosed ONLY after you pay. All suggestions to find solution and to collect the key elsewhere were rejected, BUT funny thing is that you are welcome to leave the key in the agreed place at the check out. Consistency in logics is missing, also such resistance relating key collection in the times on codes key is rather strange. Actually this communication around key collection was relevant downside, which spoiled the impression of this in general great place stay. Extremely noisy fridge in house D. Also not sure if in the place, which acclaims itself as 4 start place to stay, it is appropriate to ask extra for woods. And if you didn't ask for them in advance, you won't get them even for the price. This is something to reconsider for better clients experience.

Nice houses in the forest just by the sea for peaceful rest.

The place of the house (D) is very nice in the forest near by the sea. Nature is very beautiful and the house itself is cozy. Good that it has air conditioners. Dzintars kafejnica in Bernati nearby is a great spot for a lunch.

It is a bit sad that for a pretty high price there is no champagne or beer glasses. Also it could have firewood or coal for a BBQ (if not for free then for additional price). Also it is not very convenient to drive extra 15km to Liepaja to take the keys when there are solutions with codes and etc.

Generally, really good stay and perfect place to go for quiet and peaceful holidays.

The location is perfect - very close to beach and has its own private territory where it is possible to grill and just relax near the house. Amazing place to enjoy nature, Bernati natural park and quietness.

The only thing that could have been improved was the check-in time, it was delayed for 1,5h otherwise all was good.

Beautiful big house, clean and modern place, where you can have away time in Your company. everything is equipped with everything You need except some things.

Had a little problem with firewood, even it was there in closed place, administrator didn’t show any interest in helping us or offering even if we offered to buy it. In small bathroom there is no towel hanger and only one closet in four room house. It is not very convenient when You need to go 15km to collect keys for houses.
