We liked the place, this is our third time staying at this hotel.
On the last day, the person working at the reception desk was not up to the task. They did not know how to resolve conflict situations with customers. When speaking to the head office on the phone, they gave distorted information and misrepresented the circumstances of events.

Great apartaments, big yard with atractions for kids
Not many options for breakfast, very small restaurant ( maybe for 12 persons) so you have to wait when other people finishes their breakfast

The hotel provide an amazing play area for kids outside
No laundry is available, the restaurant close before sunset, no food to order later especially that the location of the hotel is not reachable by any food services
