L'emplacement était parfait, très central, dans une ruelle du Vieux Nice, à 10 mn à pieds du cours Saleya, promenade des anglais, à 2mn de la place Massena
Logement qui nécessiterait des travaux d'électricité, quelques prises défectueuses. Climatisation mobile un peu précaire Problèmes pour arriver à joindre notre hôte au moment de récupérer les clefs

Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Nizza. Die Küche ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Das Appartement wurde vor unserer Ankunft gut gereinigt.
Das Bad gehört leider saniert, es gibt Schimmel in der Dusche und es insgesamt sehr klein. Die Haustüre ist in keinem guten Zustand und ist an der Unterseite zu weit offen, so dass aus dem schmutzigen Hausflur Ungeziefer eindringt.
