Excellent room

Late kami nakapagcheck-in but hindi pa raw naitawag ng may ari na may darating na magchecheck-in sa unit nila. Been there for 1hr, ilang beses tinawagan WALANG SAGOT. The owner is not responsive nung magcacancel na dapat kami biglang sumagot nung tinawagan ng guard. Sobrang kati po ng beddings niyo, my 9 month old child gets bitten by mites maybe sa unit sooooo inconvenient! Even balcony daming kalat po.

The location is very convenient, especially if yoou needed to be near NAIA Terminal 3. Check-in went smoothly, and the host was proactive and responsive in messages, which was great. However, there were a few issues that need attention. There was a strong incense-like smell upon entering, which may not be to everyone’s taste. The amenities were lacking—worn-out towels, and the cleaning cloth on the lavatory was dirty and not acceptable for paying guests. I also noticed small cockroaches in the unit, which is concerning. One major issue was the layout of the bathroom—the entrance door to the shower cubicle was awkward, making it difficult to enter, especially for larger guests. The shower itself was very cramped, which added to the discomfort. Overall, the location and host communication were positives, but the cleanliness, bathroom layout, and amenities need significant improvement.
