One Palm Tree Villas Studio w fast WiFi, across from NAIA Terminal 3

The fridge..sink..microwave.were.all.l convenient .the aircon was my fave though!

Check.in process is a bit tedious and time consuming and taking a picture if me was a bit over the tops I had already provides my I.D. and passport also being a longstanding member of booking.com and prepaid it months in advance!!

The room was excellent. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

The TV/remote did not work. Host was not helpful trying to resolve it.

very close to the airport

no hot water in the shower

Not our first stay due to is location to airport. Staff are very pleasant. Rooms are privately owned and put in the rental pool - so when you have a problem you have to deal with the “manager” not the person who checked you in. this is not a hotel if that is what you are looking for - rooms on the older side but clean and reasonable size

This time we had a room on the top floor. With all the rain there where leaks (obviously not new from the roof staining). Their solution was just to move the bed over so it wouldn’t get wet during the night - which left us with slippery floor access to the bathroom. I moved the large mat so to catch the water - and to avoid a broken hip during the night - but rather disappointing as mentioned this wasn’t a new leak and it had been raining in Manilla for 2 weeks solid before our arrival. They offered to move us the following day but we were leaving so no point.
