I enjoyed the neighborhood very much. There were a lot of small stores and restaurants.

I didn't have a working cell phone on my arrival and it was late so I couldn't watch the video or find the apartment until a kind stranger loaned me a hotspot. A pdf. telling how to access the property would be helpful.

Warm, nice place, easy access

The location was so quiet and safe, there was a doorman and public transportation was available at different hours. The apartment was very warm and had a lot of space.

When we arrived, the towels weren't clean (Stain of makeup) also some of the mugs and glasses were stained with tea or coffee. But we understood the tenants should clean up after themselves, so we tried to leave everything clean.

Good enough, but not great

It is modern and organized

Bed was awful, had terrible sleep. The apartment also had a strong smell since day 0. Finally, the shower drain was clogged with hair and some kind of black, smelly stuff that I had to clean by myself

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti e mi sono trovata molto bene. C’è tutto l’essenziale ed anche se non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina mi è sembrato che non mancasse nulla. La posizione era ottima per me che avevo un concorso in quella zona, ma per il resto c’era la fermata della metropolitana a pochi passi. La zona era molto servita, c’erano negozi e bar, non è così isolata come sembra. L’appartamento si trova in un condominio molto tranquillo, consiglio il soggiorno in questa struttura

Un felice soggiorno

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo, la vicinanza alla Metro e la gentilezza dello staff, sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza, fa di questa struttura un ottimo luogo dove poter soggiornare e vivere comodamente la città di Milano sia per turismo che per lavoro, un merito anche al portiere del parco, persona gentilissima. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Tutto guasto Riscaldamento Phon Televisore Cibo scadente e troppo caro Asciugamani viso macchiati. Temperatura in camera troppo calda. Ragazza in reception impegnata al cellulare invece che all' attenzione del cliente. Posto sporco. Servizi inesistenti.

Solo la persona preposta ad accoglierci telefonicamente

Abbiamo fatto il checkout 3 giorni prima della scadenza perché le tapparelle delle finestre erano bloccate e non avevamo privacy. La cosa più grave che la struttura ci ha accusato di averle rotte noi. Non era dotata neanche di una macchinetta del caffè come indicato (forse anche questa l'abbiamo rubata noi secondo loro). Abbiamo chiesto il rimborso dei giorni non usufruiti ma ci stanno offrendo solo la tassa di soggiorno. Ci hanno trattato come dei disonesti e bugiardi e questo è inaccettabile. Vi chiediamo di verificare i loro comportamenti perché con gente che offende i loro ospiti la vostra immagine di grande azienda sicuramente ci perde.

ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla nuova linea BLU. Arredamento in buone condizioni, tutto ben pulito.

Tapparelle non funzionanti, armadio a muro con sportelli non funzionanti, Presa elettrica vicino al letto necessita di una doppiapresa in considerazione della necessità di tutti di poter ricaricare lo smartphone, ma contemporaneamente alla luce da comodino non è possibile.

Vivamente consigliato, staff educato, ambiente accogliente e posizione comoda

Appartamento accogliente, pulito ed ordinato e facile da trovare. Fornito di tutto il necessario per soggiornare da soli o in compagnia, la posizione è molto facile da raggiungere ed ha possibilità di parcheggiare vicino. Lo staff è stato molto cordiale e disponibile nel rispondere a tutte le domande e richieste.

Nessuna nota negativa, l'appartamento era in ottime condizioni e non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema ne con la posizione ne con lo staff

Mimo pewnych mankamentów w tej cenie jest ok.

Duże mieszkanie, dużo gniazdek, nawet przedłużacz, tv z netflixem i innymi stacjami, rolety w oknach, wygodne łóżko, podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni.

Bardzo cienkie ściany, słychać sąsiadów jak oglądają tv i rozmawiają między sobą czy też przez telefon. Bardzo rozkopana okolica, wybraliśmy ten obiekt, bo wydawało się, że metro jest zaraz obok, okazuje się, że jest dopiero w budowie (na mapach już widnieje). Na szczęście obok obiektu jest autobus linii 50, trochę kluczy, ale jedzie do centrum. Zatkany odpływ pod prysznicem. Dość krótka doba (od 16 do 9:30) bez możliwości przedłużenia choćby o godzinę (chyba że się zapłaci to nie ma problemu). Brak czajnika. Nie za fajny zapach z łazienki. Ogólnie mieszkanie powoli czekać powinno odświeżenie.

Posizione ottima, struttura da migliorare un po’

Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell’abitazione, l’abitazione in sé per sé era bella in quanto nuova

L’abitazione nonostante fosse nuova era spoglia, mancava delle cose fondamentali come delle Bottigliette d’acqua in frigo all’arrivo, dei tovaglioli in casa, asciugamani per l’intimo e cosa non da poco il materasso era scomodissimo, vecchio con le molle che si sentivano a contatto con il corpo.
