The house has its own two private docks and boat slip. The on-site boat ramp is shared with the other home: River Watcher.
The fireplace is not for guest use.
Wood is not always provided for the firepit. There is a wagon on the property under the house for collecting wood.
There are 12 kayaks available to rent with paddles and lifejackets, a cost of $25 per day.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our stay was fabulous!! The location is perfect and the home is beautiful and perfectly appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and I would have to rate this one the best yet. You are well back into nature on a lovely stretch of the Suwannee, but also close enough to get to the main road quickly. All the sitting area springs are also very close in all directions. It was extra awesome having John and Mary close by just in case you need anything. It was a pleasure getting to know John as well and we cannot wait to head back to that way ASAP. Thank you for the best mini vacation ever!!
