About this house rental
The Suwannee River Manor is located West of Gainesville Florida. Situated on a peaceful 10-acre property surrounded by a beautiful landscape of large canopy trees and on the shores of the historic Suwannee River. The six-bedroom, four-bathroom, 4,000 square foot house sits on a quiet and private landscape and offers plenty of space for your friends and family to stay. Located minutes away from the many natural springs in the area and just 30 minutes to the Gulf.
This is our first STR listing, and we look forward to hosting you!
The individual that books the home, will be required to sign our rental agreement which will be provided upon booking.
The river level does fluctuate. When the river is low, the dock has a steep incline making it difficult for some people to go up and down. Feel free to check with us to find out the current water level.
The home is very rural, spiders, bugs, snakes and all kinds of wildlife share the property too!
You are welcome to bring your ATV, SXS, dirtbikes or offroad vehicle, but must remain on the trailer while on property.

Stayed for our father’s 99th birthday. Everyone had a winderful time. The place was great and the hosts were super responsive.

The house was perfect for hosting a birthday party. The weather was not great and we were able to spread out in the house and enjoy the day. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, and the space was pet friendly.

We had our little family reunion here and for the price this place was the best! It's an older home of course so keep that in mind but we loved that about it. Beautiful views, although when we stayed in Nov. 2025 the water level was terribly low, they actually had a burn ban in place which was a bit of a bummer to not be able to use the firepit but we went out and purchased a propane firepit and all was good in the world! Will likely come back again for another reunion.
