The property is wonderful. Great location and amenities. Has everything you need during your stay. Everything was clean and the hosts left a very thoughtful welcome package with drinks and snacks. Our only issue was with parking, as someone parked in our designated spot during our stay and left a note on our vehicle that we were not welcome there.

We stayed here for 21 days in June 2025.The apartment was clean, quiet, & comfortable. The best part was it was a short walk into the busy downtown area full & restaurants. We also found a great Thai massage place downtown.Most mornings we would walk to the water and then turn right to walk a 3-mile loop back home. Other times we would turn left and walk far down the boardwalk and back. This apartment is close to the Cascais metro stop which makes it super easy to get to Lisbon or any of the small towns along the way. Across from the metro is “Honest Greens”… a super cool place to get a high-quality healthy lunch. There are a number of small grocery stores nearby for milk, coffee, fruit, etc. The BIG, full-featured grocery store Pingo Doce is also nearby…. it has Everything.We also discovered three “neighborhood gem” restaurants only a few blocks NW of the apartment. Very authentic. And Gleba is 2 blocks away for coffee, bread, pastries, soup, & sandwiches.Our host Rafa was very helpful & friendly.We highly recommend Rafa’s place.

Spacious, comfortable and well set up, this apartment was a great spot to explore Cascais, Estoril and Sintra from. The place was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked, and I really appreciated being able to do a little laundry. Easy walking distance to the town centre and the coast, at least for my family. A couple things to note: the building was under (needed) renovations, so there was some construction noise while we were there. The hot water tank was insufficient for a whole family to have showers in the morning, unless you're aware and very quick! But overall a very lovely stay.
