Casa do Limoeiro is a comfortable and welcoming family home, designed to make your stay in Cascais easy and relaxed. Located in a quiet residential square, it offers a calm and safe environment, ideal for families with children. The lemon tree by the entrance gives the house its name and adds to its warm and homely character.

The house is spread across three floors, with a practical layout that provides both space and privacy. On the first floor, you will find the living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom, and a laundry area with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. This floor also has direct access to two private patios — one facing east with morning sun, and another facing west with sun until sunset, equipped with a dining table and chairs, ideal for outdoor meals. Both patios offer excellent privacy and create a lovely space for children to play and for the family to enjoy time outdoors. The house also includes access to a Smart TV.

The first floor includes 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, as well as a full bathroom and air conditioning, offering a comfortable and practical space for children or additional guests.

On the top floor, there is a bright renovated attic suite with a double bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom, creating a more private and peaceful space within the house.

One of the highlights of Casa do Limoeiro is its location. From the neighborhood, you have direct access to the Ribeira das Vinhas boardwalk, a beautiful path along the stream surrounded by nature and local wildlife. In around 10 minutes on foot, you can reach Cascais town center, Mercado da Vila and the beaches.

The house is also within walking distance of a supermarket and a local café/restaurant serving traditional Portuguese meals. In addition, you are just a short drive from Guincho beaches, Sintra and Lisbon, making this an ideal base to explore the region while enjoying a peaceful and family-friendly setting.

We also provide a selection of toys and games for children aged 3 to 9, as well as board games for enjoyable family evenings. A complimentary baby cot can be provided upon request, and high chairs for children aged 3 to 10 are included.
