We had a major issue with the commencement of Strata building works above us and the owner and Mariline from Portugal Portfolio were amazing and quickly move us to another, even better property

Nice size, clean, and comfortable apartment.
The tub under shower makes using the shower difficult.

What a beautiful apartment! It was so spacious and included all amenities that you would need for a week-long stay. The views from our balconies were lovely. All furniture was clean and comfortable.
Cassie, our attendant, was very accommodating and helpful. She was easy to reach via What's App.
The area around the apartment was great! 5-10 min from a hugh park with one of the best playgrounds my 3 year old has ever seen. 5 min walk to Boca do Inferno and a walkable 15-20min to downtown Cascais. A nice grocery store is also close by.
All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would reccomend!
The toilet in the en-suite wasn't very comfortable and the tub in the second bathroom was difficult to enter for our elderly parents, but that's just a personal preference.

Location was great. View was wonderful. Kitchen was great. Comfy beds good sized bedrooms. Comfy lounge.
We couldn’t use the aircon as it was too noisy! The main bathroom layout was completely impractical and annoying and actually quite dangerous to get in and out of the high sided bath while holding on to a glass panel so we all had to use the en-suite. The balconies were very dirty and we even had to clean up some sticky stuff off the floor before we could use it. The hob was so dirty it set off the fire alarm when we switched it on!! We had to replace some light bulbs in the bedrooms to see. The shutter in the main room was broken so it wouldn’t go up or down!! There was a big stain on the mat on the bedroom. One bath towel each per week is not enough especially when coming from overseas. It would have been nice to have beach towels provided. It would have been helpful to have been forewarned about the big bike rally as this delayed our access to the flat and couldn’t get to any of the beaches while we were waiting. Had we known we would have spent the day in Lisbon rather than being frustrated.
