About this apartment rental
This large, bright, tastefully decorated and fully equipped studio apartment will provide you with an intense and unmissable Parisian getaway.
Located in the famous "Marais", 5 minutes walk from Beaubourg, this area is very lively thanks to its many pedestrian streets which give access to trendy restaurants and bars of the capital, as well as trendy shops. The area is rich in museums and close to public transport.
My accommodation is ideal for a couple, family or friends
air-conditioned Spacious studio of 25m2, very well equipped for 4 people, which includes:
- 1 double bed
- 1 dining area with a table and 4 chairs
- 1 lounge area with double sofa bed and television
- 1 fully equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, a dryer, a microwave oven...
- 1 shower room with toilet
- Internet via fibre
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.
We sincerely hope that your stay will be the best possible. As specified in our house rules, check-in starts at 3pm and there is an additional charge for late arrivals:
From 7pm to 11pm: 30 euros
After 11pm: 50 euros

My accommodation is located 9 minutes walk from the famous department stores': BHV.
and 1 minute from the big supermarket Monoprix (5 rue des Haudriettes)
Nearest tourist sites and museums:
- Picasso Museum (7 minutes walk)
- Notre Dame de Paris (1km)
- Louvre Museum (1,5km)
Some restaurants in the area:
- La terrasse des Archives (51 Rue des Archives): French bistro
- Hank Burger (55 Rue des Archives): speciality burger
- Strada café (94 Rue du Temple): brunch
- Le 404 (69 Rue des Gravilliers): Moroccan speciality restaurant
My flat is very well served by public transport, which can easily take you to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré-Cœur or the Arc de Triomphe.
I advise you to go for a walk towards the rue de Bretagne which is rich in bars and small typically Parisian shops.
