Enjoy staying in the heart of the Marais with this lovely 1-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of a secure residential building — NO LIFT. Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this lovely 45 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift, perfectly situated on Rue Charlot in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, Living room: 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

The 3rd arrondissement forms the northern part of the historic Marais district, one of Paris’s most characterful and sought-after neighbourhoods. Known for its beautiful 17th-century architecture, independent boutiques, contemporary art galleries, and a strong community of designers and artisans, the Marais offers a lively mix of old and new. The neighbourhood is walkable, packed with great restaurants and cafés, and close to some of Paris’s best cultural venues including the Centre Pompidou and Place des Vosges.

Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment at such a fantastic location! We were there during a heat wave, so we kept the windows slightly open in the evenings, but the noise from the neighboring bar did carry on past 2am and was a bit much at times.The apartment is well-equipped, and the full kitchen is a great feature, it would nice to have small starter packets of basics like sugar and salt.One other note: the shower stall has a fairly high step to get in, and there’s nothing to hold onto, which could be challenging for older guests.This is all just friendly feedback — we would absolutely love to come back again. I wish it could be next month!

Good flat, good location. We were happy with the check-in process and the whole instructions system the host gave us. The communication before and during the stay is good, the host is helpful. The wifi connection was fine, there's also a TV. We enjoyed the stay, the flat is nice.
