About this apartment rental
Sublime, warm, bright, modern, elegant and fully equipped flat located in the heart of the Marais between rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie and rue Vieille du Temple
You will discover two Parisian atmospheres, with its lively pedestrian streets, its trendy bars and restaurants, the romantic Place des Vosges or the Picasso Museum.
My accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends and makes the promise of a successful Parisian escapade.
35 m2 Flat on the 2nd floor with lift which includes:
- Living room with sofa bed, 1 table with chairs, TV, Wifi
- A fully equipped kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine)
- 1 bedroom with double bed
- 1 bedroom with a mattress for 2 persons on the mezzanine
- 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet
The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.
The flat is located in the heart of the Marais, between rue Vieille du Temple and rue Sainte Croix de la Bretonnerie. You will be able to stroll through the district as far as the Place de la Bastille, discovering its typical streets and tree-lined squares. In a few minutes you will discover two very different Parisian atmospheres, one very authentic with its pedestrian streets, its bars and its sharp shops, the other popular and lively with its numerous bars and restaurants.
A real trip to the heart of Paris, with the Town Hall with its exceptional architecture, the romantic Place des Vosges or the famous Picasso Museum.
Going up the rue Vieille du Temple, you can discover the covered market of the Enfants Rouges which is located on the rue de Bretagne, a real meeting place for Parisians.
You will be able to taste the best falafels in Paris, located on rue des Rosiers, such as l'As du Falafel.
Fashion lovers will be delighted. The Marais is full of fashion and accessory shops, it is undoubtedly one of the best areas for your shopping sprees!

Great location! Just know that the place is SMALL! There were 4 of us and we were tripping all over each other. Only 1 teen would stay in the loft due to the size and the stairs being propped up by coasters. Then while she was sleeping up there, part of the wall fell off and onto her. So the other teen opted to sleep on the pullout sofa. Problem there is - it takes up the whole living space. So much so that you need to hang onto the staircase to slide your legs past the small space between the bed and stairs to get to the bathroom. If the sofa bed is out - the bathroom is hard to get to. We also had 4 suit cases and that took up with little room was left.
Like I said, great location and this apartment would be great for 2 people, who can sleep in the one bed, and not have to use the loft or pullout sofa.

This is a great apartment in a bustling area of the Marais. Comfortable beds, small but really all you need. Great bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. We loved it!
