Tasteful in its shades of teal, the relaxed seating area offers distinguished views across one of Paris’ most historic streets.

At one with the wider living area, the modern kitchen and dining space is equipped with all key amenities and takes a turn towards the contemporary with its minimalist aesthetic.
SECOND RECEPTION ROOM
Accessed through louvered doors, this enchanting design-led space offers a soulful reading nook and cosy seating area surrounded by arresting artwork. Expertly embellishing refined period features that include an exposed stone wall and decorous fireplace, it also offers a double sofa bed should you require additional sleeping space.
BEDROOMS
Accessed by a cascading spiral staircase, the voluminous principal bedroom comprises a luxurious king-sized bed, wardrobe and home office area; the room instantly soothes with its neutral colour palette and ambient lighting. Adjacent to the living area, the second bedroom is adorned with creative wall art, offering a comfortable double bed and small desk area.
BATHROOMS
Magnifcently monochrome, the first bathroom comprises a walk-in shower, wash basin and a toilet. Sleek and stylish in its subtle hues of space grey, the second bedroom offers a bath and overhead shower, plus two wash basins.

No smoking, pets or parties! At the request of the owner, please remove your shoes when inside the apartment. The principal bedroom can be accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. A cat is one of the family members who usually lives here. Although every property is cleaned to a Veeve standard, please note this property may not be the best fit for those with allergies. The apartment is also located on the second floor of the building, with no lift access.When your booking has been confirmed, we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide an official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes.

This is a wonderful location for a stay in Paris. Easy walking in the Marais, to Notre Dame, museums and the Pompidou Centre. There are two of the best bakeries, three excellent restaurants and a wine shop in the same block and you can get other provisions within 200m. It is a stylishly quirky and light filled apartment. The downsides. The entranceway to the apartment up 2 flights of stairs between two restaurants is unattractive, it can get hot in summer, and a couple of the appliances weren’t working.

This area has everything in walking distance. Even though the apartment is not on a main street it is very noisy. The apartment has quiet hours starting at 10:00 PM however it sits above a bar that closes at 2:00 AM. This is not ideal for guests with small children. Early in the morning around 6:00 AM there is lots of street trucks and businesses prepping to open. I would compare this to a busy street in New York. On average we got around 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Even though there is no AC the apartment stayed pretty cool with the windows open. I would recommend the washing machine and apartment go through a deep cleaning, and update the pictures as the layout and furniture have changed.
