Overall we had a great visit. Just trying to be honest with the review. There are a ton of stains on the back stairway carpet that look like they could be mold. The bathrooms weren't particularly clean. Wallpaper was peeling in places. It could use a touch up for sure, but we did stay comfortably and enjoyed the town.

Our family had the best time staying in the Yellow Rose! We loved the restored character and mansion feel. There's room for everyone, 2 pianos, lots of board games, a Wii, and a projector for movies. The kitchen was fitted with modern appliances and the tankless water heater means we never ran out of hot water. Comfortable beds too. The game room upstairs was our favorite spot. Carrie is always a pleasure to talk to and she did a great job communicating. Also her tips for places to go were spot-on. We really enjoyed driving to the top of the cemetery to see the river view and the gravestones from the 1800's. Gambino's makes surprisingly good pasta dishes with oldies playing in the background. Can't wait to go back to the Yellow Rose!
