About this farm stay rental
Grafton Getaway @ Farm is a secluded 23 acre property with chickens, ducks, fishing, wooded walking trail, and barn hayloft sleeping quarters. The Farm is one of 8 Grafton Getaway Guesthouses and is just 10 minutes from Grafton and 38 minutes from Lambert St Louis airport
Amenities are plentiful at our hobby farm:
*hammocks, swings, and a putting green
*trampoline, bbq grill (gas & propane), ping pong, mega yard chess, and kids zone in barn
*smokeless Tiki firepit with free firewood along with a gas fire pit in the Gazebo
*classic record player and complimentary coffee/tea/hot choc in the full kitchen
*foosball, free fiber WiFi, free naps, frisbee golf
*82 inch smart Tv for rainy days or to watch our fav DVD - "Funny Farm"
*additional smart Tv's in master suite and basement
Listen to the sounds of nature (songbirds, cows, hawks, coyotes) as you will not hear any highway. Step outside to see if our chickens have produced farm fresh eggs for you (they lay more eggs when happy, so be sure to smile at them during check in), and scan our pear/peach/apple trees for a ripe fruit. Then find inspiration for your next travel journey in our "Adventure Room" complete with books, maps, and travel trinkets from our own adventures. Next, grab our fishing gear and try for a bass or perch or catfish (catch and release). Then relax in our hammock or gazebo or walk along our wooded trail which has benches to sit for a bit to read, relax, contemplate, or meditate.
We utilize staggered pricing so that smaller groups pay less than larger groups. Inquire if further questions. Some weekends have a minimum guest count. Pet fee is $65. Guests at hotels call the front desk when they need something...if ever during a stay you feel your satisfaction is not at a 5-star level please call/text us right away, while you are still with us, so we can remedy the situation and make your stay all you hoped it would be.

Twenty-five ladies from church met for a weekend retreat to relax, renew and refresh. We enjoyed this property so much. So private and such a nice place to find a quiet peaceful spot to reflect.

Perfect for a large group! With ages from 6 months - 65 there was something for everyone—trails, fishing, chickens, trampoline, games, puzzles, quiet reading…it was all there. The kitchen was well appointed for all our cooking needs. The air conditioning worked great for comfort on the hot, humid days. We had a blast and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely loved our stay at the farm. Well equipped and clean. Owner was a delight to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Lots to explore and enjoy on the farm. We really didn't want to leave, but we were close to St Louis and spent time at Six Flags. Enjoyed exploring Grafton and Alton. So many great places to eat. This was a family trip to introduce our new foster, and hopefully soon adopted, granddaughter to the entire family. So it is a trip we will remember.
