All inclusive was awesome. We didn't have a bad meal the whole trip. Always several options and as long as you aren't super picky I think you will find plenty to enjoy. We didn't do as many of the activities as I thought we would, mainly because it was rather warm the entire stay so towards the end it was just swimming. But the swimming area is awesome, and I don't mind swimming in lake water because it's usually cooler than a pool if the weather has been hot for an extended amount of time. I get some frustrations from some people about the swimming test kids have to take under 13 but they are just trying to keep everyone safe. Putt putt was fun, didn't make it to the disc golf but really wanted to check that out. The pickle ball courts were really nice. It was a great father son trip and will be going back.
Couple things but some I get why, no TV in the room. With phones and tablets not a big deal but would be nice to have at the end of the day when you're just relaxing in the room. But it does have a camp feel so they probably promote less electronics. The internet was great and worked for all our devices. Other thing wasn't as big of an issue for us because we were by the ice machine. But no fridge meant no cold drinks unless you had a cooler and brought it down to the only ice machine there. Being as hot as it was it would be terrible not to have cold water or other drinks available outside of the meal times. Again we were right by it so we kept the cooler stocked but if you were on a different floor that could get annoying.

The staff overall was excellent, especially in during meals. The front desk staff was very helpful and I appreciated the staff in the water aquatics when gettring a kayak.
Their were areas of the property that I felt needed improvement; like the aerea for swimming and miniture golf areas. I felt there need to be improvements. I was thinking that the Lodge would have a fitness area since it is a YMCA property; their was on workout area with treadmills or bikes to use.

The location is stunning and the staff very friendly!
There were no activities and not even breakfast because it was at the end of summer season.. for the price I would have expected at least the breakfast and the horseriding activity was the main reason I booked the cabin but I was only told at the last minute that it wasn’t available.. a bit disappointed but the place itself was beautiful!
