You are renting the entire space including the main floor, upper level, and basement lower level.
Our property is situated in the neighbourhood of Downtown Yonge East, located just east of Yonge Street.

> Numerous dining options, from fast food to upscale restaurants, catering to a variety of tastes and budgets
> Surrounded by entertainment venues such as Massey Hall, the Elgin and Winter Garden Theatre, and the Ed Mirvish Theatre
> Bustling nightlife scene with bars, clubs, and music venues in the area
> Convenient access to public transportation, with multiple subway stations and streetcar routes nearby
> Close to major hospitals, including St. Michael's Hospital and Toronto General Hospital

There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere on our premises. As this is a TOWNHOUSE, we are quite close to neighbours who are sensitive to smoke. If you must smoke or vape, please take a stroll around the neighbourhood. It is strictly forbidden on our property anywhere and failure to comply may result in penalties up to $1000. We really appreciate your cooperation on this.
Please note that we do NOT allow pets, parties, or illegal drugs of any kind ANYWHERE on our property (inside or outside).
Also, no more than the stated guests may stay overnight. We have close neighbours and live nearby so we want to ensure we have quiet and respectful guests.
We have zero tolerance for violations of house rules.

The house is lovely. We enjoyed our stay, The bedrooms are very comfortable. The living room furniture could have more padding. We had a few issues with plumbing that the property manager quickly resolved. The property managers were exceptionally responsive.The porch and back patio could have been cleaner.We had a great visit,

Wonderfully appointed and so close to everything. Enjoyed being able to walk to all the local sights and feel the cultural charm of Toronto. Couldn’t have been a better trip with the multiple bedrooms, spaces and attentive details and communication from the management staff. Truly special and phenomenal.

Expectations of amazing were a bit too high but it served our needs for five adults. Very noisy street noise at night from main bedroom.,Dudn’t realize two bedrooms were in the basement.
