Excellent suite. Loved the space, balcony, and rooftop patio.
Blinds were difficult to open and close. They need to be closed for privacy.

Just a couple small improvements: install a couple large towel racks so guests can spread out their wet towels and install a few hooks for hanging jackets and purses/bags near the entrance

The size of the suite and the beds were comfortable, nice to have kitchen space as well

Great location and nicely furnished studio with full kitchen - even a washer dryer for longer stays. Very comfortable bed and on demand heating or cooling system. Excellent toiletries from Frama.
Extremely cramped reception area that was often unmanned and the heater was going on a blistering hot day. Rooftop access was unavailable to repair a drainage issue. I had requested a studio with a bathtub but unit only had a shower.
