it's for sure a great hotel in very good location, but what make it so special are the hotel Staff. they were amazing and very
professional, very kind and very friendly... housekeeping, the gold lounge team were wonderful and very pleasant people.
for sure behind such a great staff, a great management. so I met Doug Chant the director, Fairmont Gold, to congratulate him for that great succuss... he was amazing and a great person

breakfast and location
we were placed by the elevator that was very noisy ,and ask for for a discount and they said that it was not part of their policies
