- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Noise is expected to be kept at a tolerable level so as to not disturb neighbors.
- Age requirement of 25 years or older
- Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Only registered guests are allowed in our home due to liability and the safety of our property
- The primary guest whose name is on the booking reservation must be staying at the property. A guest may not book a reservation for someone else.
- Total of “5” guests allowed at property (including adults, children, and infants).
- There will be a separate rental agreement form and guest's names list form to fill out and sign.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. Please be mindful and respectful of surrounding neighbors.
- If rules are violated, guests will be charged accordingly and/or asked to leave the property.
- Guest Manual provided in the property will go over additional instructions/rules to be followed.

We had a great stay! Neighborhood didn’t look the greatest but we had no issues. Everything was super clean! I am a bedbug freak, so I stripped everything and it was all good! Comforters looked like they hadn’t been washed in a while and sheets in master bedroom were deff not washed. But that didn’t take away from our stay! There’s a washer machine with detergent. We washed them and everything was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Great location for going to downtown HS. Comfy beds. Washer and dryer works better than the ones at my own house do. Quiet neighborhood. Felt like price was fair for what you got. If you aren't doing anything fancy and just need a place to stay close to downtown, this place would be hard to beat. Small cons: House has a very small bathroom, if you are sitting on the toilet and someone opens the door you will get smacked. No central AC, this wasn't a problem for us but it wasn't too hot outside either, this may be an issue later in the year. The TVs are SUPER slow and laggy, we just decided to watch a movie on my phone and not bother with the TVs.
