About this house rental
This dog friendly 2BR 2BA, in The Village of Belvedere, plus office is your home away from home in the sought after Village of Belvedere. This home is nestled in the heart of the villages, in between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing located in close proximity to shops, restaurants, bars, night live entertainment, and rec centers. Sunnyside Up has so much to offer. You enjoy time spent on the extended enclosed lanai w/HVAC system or outdoors on your back porch w/enclosed birdcage w/BBQ.
The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. All homes that are occupied must be occupied by at least one person who is at least fifty five (55) years of age. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period.
Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.)
FOR LONG TERM FULLY-FURNISHED RENTAL PRICING : Please call 352-469-1446
Additionally, you can use all the amenities that The Villages has to offer including numerous golf courses, pickleball courts, and pools galore.
Golf Cart Fee is $100 at the time of booking.
The Golf Cart is a bonus/privilege and requires a Hold Harmless form to drive. if selected. If you choose to use the golf cart, you will need to date and fill in your home address on the front page and sign the back page of the Hold Harmless Agreement. You will find the Hold Harmless Agreement inside the booklet when you arrive at the property. We cannot guarantee usage in the event of a mechanical or tire issue while we await vendor repairs.

We live on the street and used this as our extra space. It worked great. The patio space was marvelous, having an extra kitchen was perfect and coming with a golf cart really sealed the deal.

The house was perfect for our needs. It was walking distance to the pool, around the block from the golf courses and short drive to the Lake Sumter. Also, close to grocery store, Starbucks and fast food.
First time in The Villages and will return many times.
