You're about a 10 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing where you'll find Winn-Dixie for grocery needs. You are also about a 15 minute golf cart ride to the Colony Plaza if you are looking for Walgreens Pharmacy, banking, many clothing shops, restaurants and more.
You are only minutes by golf cart to Fishhawk Village Recreation Center where you'll find a family friendly swimming pool, billiards room, card/board game rooms, tennis and pickleball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and horseshoe pits. When you are ready to do some golfing head on over to Cane Garden Country Club with championship golfing, golf pro shop and a restaurant open for lunch and dinner.

The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & 4 chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax at the end of a busy day of activities.

Villa is located in a very convenient spot for all you need to comfortably stay. Clean and quiet area. The owner has provided everything you need to begin your stay.
The owner is very responsive to any questions and is willing to provide suggestions to make your stay go well.

Good location, near adult pool, family pool, golf, pickleball, grocery store. Well stocked kitchen. Nice gas grill. Electric golf cart did not hold charge real well, longer excursions needed to be planned but only a minor issue. We stayed 30 days. Our guests enjoyed their visit. We would rent this property again

My stay was not good, not much to do with the property. I was disappointed in the cleaning supplies, no way to wash or clean the floor.
