Newly renovated and stylish 3 bedroom/2 bath home located in quiet neighborhood in popular Venice. The decor is a fun mix of coastal/contemporary farmhouse and mid-century modern, with a bit of boho thrown in.
In Jan-March, we prefer a monthly rental with 30 day minimum stay, beginning the 1st of the month, but reach out if you have other needs to see if we can accommodate you. Minimum rental is 3 nights, 7 in high season. Variable pricing for High season Jan-March /off season May to November(monthly electric allowance of $125 in off season).

Much care and attention to detail has been put into renovating and furnishing this property for a great rental experience. Local owners operate multiple short term rentals and are considered "premier hosts". Fully furnished with stylish, high quality furnishings and linens, this home can easily be your home base or vacation rental, just bring your clothes!

Three bedrooms sleep six:
- Primary suite: king bed, walk in closet and sliders to Florida room - Guest wing with two bedrooms offering a queen in one and twin beds in the other, both with large closets and dressers.
- Fully equipped kitchen: granite counters, stainless appliances and everything you need to make a gourmet meal.
- Dining options include the dining nook for 4 and larger table for 6+, to manage weekly dinners or even special holiday gatherings.
- Living room has plenty of seating, smart TV, puzzles and games.
- Florida room has additional sofa seating, smart TV and game table.
- Fido or children will appreciate the fully fenced backyard.
- Beaches: Manasota Key Beach 10 min, Venice Beach 13 min, 8+ beaches within 20-25 min drive including Brohard Paw Park(dog friendly beach)
- So much to do! Shark tooth hunting, farmer's markets, biking on Legacy Trail, golf, pickleball, tennis, downtown restaurants, loads of shopping, both big box and boutique options.
- Historic downtown Venice offers shopping, dining, farmer's market, festivals - 13 min
- Wellen Park - Cool Today park, home of the Braves spring training, shops, restaurants, lake with walking path, live music several days a week - 10 min
- Shopping - Target, Walmart, Publix - 5 min
- If you want to venture further, Sarasota has more to offer in arts, culture, and nightlife - 30 min

Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided, gas grill for great meals!

Well behaved canine friends under 40 lbs welcome, additional fees apply (except for service dogs). For stays over 30 days, Rental agreement will need to be signed before occupancy, security deposit may be required and due before occupancy, collected by owner. Come spend some time and you won't want to leave!
