About this apartment rental
In the commune of Banyuls-sur-Mer, we offer you this charming 32 m² apartment with sea and mountain views, less than 200 meters from a beach, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and a large terrace with sea and mountain views.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- 23 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area
- Open-plan kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
Outside :
- A 12 m² terrace overlooking the bay of Banyuls and the surrounding mountains, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The apartment is located less than 200 meters from a beautiful cove (see photo) where you can go diving in the marine reserve (unique diving site "the Cerbère-Banyuls marine reserve, a world-renowned treasure, every year more than 30,000 divers come to this unmissable spot in the Mediterranean" or simply swim with a beautiful view of Cap Béar. Labeled hiking trails pass within 100 meters of the apartment (with breathtaking scenery: wild creeks, terraced vineyards falling into the sea, GR10 mountain hikes...)
The apartment is located in a residence adjacent to the Banyuls thalassotherapy center "côté Thalasso" with restaurant, marine fitness area, treatment area...Banyuls sur mer, an authentic old fishing and wine-making village, is 35 km from Perpignan, 9 km from Collioure, 13 km from the Spanish border. Access is easy by freeway and expressway, by plane to Perpignan, by direct train from Paris or Toulouse, or by bus (€1 from Perpignan).
Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot (without attributive place).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:

- Nearest airport: Aéroport Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée (45 km)
