Ideal for up to four guests, the home features two queen beds and one full bathroom, with essentials like a washer and dryer and a kitchenette equipped for simple meals and snacks. While there’s no dishwasher, you’ll find everything you need for an easygoing stay.
Kick back in the lounge area with a wall-mounted Smart TV and free WiFi, or head out to the spacious private deck—perfect for slow mornings with coffee or relaxed evenings under the sky.
When you're ready to explore, a marked pedestrian crosswalk takes you directly to the public beach access just steps away. After a day by the shore, stroll over to the nearby convenience store, grab a bite at the pizzeria, or enjoy a scoop of local ice cream in season. This sweet cottage welcomes one well-behaved dog under 20 lbs (pet fee applies). Guests must be 25 or older to rent. Non-smoking property. Monthly rentals welcome.

We had a great time at The Cozy Cottage. We have stayed here before and love the location. The cozy cottage is beginning to show some wear and tear. Love this little house.

Pictures on website need to be updated. House is older and more worn. Carpet was stained from previous pets and bathroom needs to be remodeled with more storage. Also need to add a TV in the bedroom and better air, room pretty much stayed hot the whole time.
