Our host was quick to respond and allowed us to check in a little early. The downside was the location. It wasn’t super close to anything and not very walkable. We rented a scooter to get around. Nassau downtown is a ways away. I wish there were extra towels for the beach.

Host was a little slow to respond but gracious to let us add our 19-year old daughter join us after I booked for only 2 people. We really just needed a place to sleep and this rental is that.
There is an ant problem in the bathroom and no bath mat when getting out of the shower. The shower liner is also too short so water gets all over the floor. Unless you pull the curtain in which gets wet and then smells sour. There was half a roll of toilet paper and even fewer paper towels when we got there. The biggest issue we had was that the mattress is still wrapped in the factory plastic - it had sheets over it but sleeping on the plastic was HOT and noisy when any movement was made in the bed. There is also a neighbors dog that barks outside late into the night and early morning - of which the host has no control over. The place is cute and has potential. I believe this is a newer vrbo listing so I’m sure with time and a little attention to some of the smaller details it will be great.
