This exquisite 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is a corner unit, just 150 yards from Beach Access 11, and boasts all the amenities of home. There are 2 master suites, both with double vanities in the bathrooms. With our tankless hot water system, all of the guests can shower at once, and for as long as they want, without worrying about being stuck with cold water...even in the large, private outdoor shower! The King suite's bathroom has a large marble shower, and the room itself features its own private ocean view deck, complete with its own coffee bar and mini fridge for those early mornings or late evenings when you are just not ready to leave the bedroom yet! The second Master suite has a queen bed and the bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have their own smart televisions. On this first level of the home you also have a full size washer and dryer. The 3rd guest bedroom with a twin over queen bunk is on the second level with a full size bathroom just outside the door, that is easily accessible to the bedroom guests, or additional guests, without having to walk through a bedroom. This bedroom also has its own private deck with views of the intercoastal waterway. Also on the second level is a large, fully appointed kitchen with marble counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to fix that fresh local seafood meal for your family. You will enjoy the coffee options as well, with a classic drip coffee maker, cold brew coffee maker, and of course a Keurig single serve coffee maker. Stay in conversation with your group while they eat at the 5 seat bar, or just beyond the bar is the living room with plenty of seating, a large 75 inch Roku TV, as well as a pull out sofa bed. The 9 ft ceilings and plenty of windows allow the room to be filled with an abundance of natural light. Outside the living room is the 3rd ocean view deck, also with plenty of seating, to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Atlantic day or night. As the hostess with the mostest, I've provided everything you need to make this your home away from home . All linens are included with plenty of extra bath towels and beach towels, so you don't have to worry about doing laundry on vacation! Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Don't worry about having to run to the grocery store before you leave for vacation, or as soon as you get there, since toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, and filtered water will be stocked and ready upon your arrival. Just throw on your suit, grab one of the 6 provided beach chairs, and head across the street to sit, swim, and relax! Topsail Island is a 28-mile-long barrier island made up of marshes, estuaries, dunes, and shoreline. Sandwiched between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Tops’l as the locals call it is home to several fishing piers including the Seaview Fishing Pier; 875 feet of planks were used to construct this pier which is the longest pier on the North Carolina coast.
