The reverse floor plan maximizes the views from the open living, dining and kitchen. The family chef can whip up todays fresh catch while enjoying the views of the Atlantic. Take advantage of two oceanfront covered porches and sit back, read a book and enjoy the sound of the crashing waves any time of day.
You will feel like you are at your own private resort with a private pool area to lounge. The direct beach access off the pool area makes it easy to come back and forth from sand to your private getaway. Many memories can be made at Sea-Sun's Greetings!

The pool can be heated at no charge from April to mid-May, and from mid-September through the end of October, depending on weather and outdoor temperatures. Please notify Ward Realty, at least, 5 days prior to arrival if you do not want to have the pool heated during this time. Note: When heated, the average water temperature will be heated to a minimum 75-78 degrees, depending on the outdoor temperatures. Also note, Ward Realty cannot guarantee in instances of unseasonably cold or frigid temperatures that the water will be able to be heated to a comfortable temperature.
The pool is not heated during the summer, from Mid-May to Mid-September.
During the months of February, March, November and December you have the option to pay a $150 non-refundable fee, per week, to heat the pool. Please notify Ward Realty 4 days prior to arrival if you would like to pay to have the pool heated, or add the option when booking online. Note: Due to fluctuating late-fall and winter weather, and, possible unseasonably cold weather, Ward Realty cannot guarantee that the pool will be warmed to a comfortable swimming temperature. Water temperature should be at a minimum of 75-78 degrees for swimming. Before deciding on this non-refundable option, please check the local weather forecast to be sure that outdoor temperatures will not be sustained below 50-55 degrees. You can also call Ward Realty if you have any questions or concerns.

Property was as advertised. Loved having a pool and the beach being so close. Quick response with calls and emails. Had a great time and would definitely recommend.

House was good for the price. Location was great - ocean views were spectacular. Quick calls, emails, and maintenance when the dryer broke and the bottom step going to the ocean from the storm.
We had issues with the neighbor to the right closest to the main road (it’s also a rental but the owners were the ones who caused issues). She harassed us - along with another local for walking on the sand path that apparently they owned. Every time we would walk out to the beach they would say things to us. They would also loudly talk about us at the beach. This is not ward realty’s fault but just an annoyance and no one wants to vacation next to people who make you feel uncomfortable.

Loved the area and just a minute walk to the beach. Porch and pool furniture were excellent. Pool area does need some maintenance as well as the house maybe some updating. We loved the layout. My girls and their family took the downstairs bedrooms and the older adult were upstairs. Kitchen well equipped. Yes definitely would rent again.
