I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great beachfront home. We stayed with extended family and it was perfect for our group. Everything was as pictured (maybe even better). The property manager was wonderful and very communicative. Check in and check out were very clear and easy. The house is in a great location- walkable to restaurants and shops but didn’t feel too crowded in the beach. The house had everything we needed, including beach toys and chairs. I highly recommend this property- one of the better houses we’ve stayed at on Topsail (I’ve been coming for over 20 years).

Shore Bet is a spacious rental, with a layout that provides privacy. The home was clean and well stocked. The highlight of the home was the location
Minor issues arose with appliances- but the management company was transparent with this, and they communicated well

We were able to escape a couple of days to the beach. We rented this house from Courtney. The home is in a perfect location. The views are amazing! The house is decorated with a beach theme. This home is perfect if you have a pet. I absolutely love that I could give my pet some freedom to run. She even had her own tiny yard. We can’t wait to visit Surf City again and hope we can rent this beautiful home again!
