Close walk to the beach, very spacious, private pool, two sets of washers and dryers, and all beach equipment that you would need is available!
There were areas that could improve on cleanliness, dirty dusty ceiling fans, half bathroom had severe black mold the entire ceiling was black with mold, walls were very dirty and needed wiped down, found crusty boogers on walls lots of dirt and scuff marks as well, hot water was not working great had to let showers run for 10 mins to get hot, water pressure not great. Sheets did not fit the beds well fitted sheets were popping off, mattresses and pillows all need bed bug covers/encasements! These are all things we would like to see change, friendly suggestions from someone who works with a management company who manages rental properties in The Hocking Hills in Ohio!
