Ted is a very accommodating host for his rentals. We enjoyed our stay very much, this house was located across the street from the ocean and within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Our family reunion was a great success and everybody commented on how they would like to come back again next year.

There is nothing better than being together with the whole family. We loved being together in one home. There were a couple of issues with the heat (not often needed at the beach) as well as the pool and hot tub. Ted always answered my calls and texts and was very prompt to provide support and send over technicians.

This was our second year at the property. We had a GREAT time yet again. We had adults ranging from 25 to 75 years old and 2 infants who were one year old and two months old. The accommodations were good for everyone, and the location is absolutely the best. We spend a lot of time on the balconies and at the pool, and the furniture is perfect for those places. Having the pool was especially helpful with the infants, though we had them at the beach as well. There were some improvements to the property since we were there last year and all were great.I’ve stayed at several VRBO locations around the world, and Ted is by far the best host I have dealt with. He’s always responsive and actually gets things done. His attention to detail is great. We’ll definitely be staying at the property again. Thanks, Ted!!
