Guests are given a unique door code that is active for the duration of their stay.
Interaction with Guests:
We respect your privacy but can always assist you with any questions or recommendations.
Parking:
• Parking for 3 Vehicles.
• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• NO STREET PARKING
House Rules:
• No smoking
• No parties or events
• No Pets
• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.
• Credit card information will be required to be held in case of bike loss or damage.
• Exterior cameras present at the home
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM
CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

The home was perfect for us…and even nicer in person. The layout is great, the location is great, and the communication with Kismet was great. We used the bikes provided and rented a golf cart (which I highly recommend). You can walk/bike to beach, but if you have little kids or lots to carry, you’ll appreciate having the golf cart. And the beach was beautiful, not overcrowded. The kids loved the pools. We just had a very fun and relaxing stay!

We had a fabulous trip and would love to return to this house. It is all one level, spacious and very comfortable. Check-in process was a breeze and the location is perfect. Private beach access and bike ride to seaside!
