Welcome to your A-Chalet property! Prior to your arrival, please contact Sky High Cabins at least 2 hours in advance for an in-person check-in service.

Pets:
• Fee: $60 per dog (maximum of 2 dogs).
• Guidelines:
• Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds at any time.
• Crate dogs when leaving the premises.
• Always keep dogs on a leash and supervised when outdoors.
Trash:
All trash must be bagged and taken offsite to one of the designated free trash sites:
• Clean Bear Site #1: 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
• Clean Bear Site #2: 39690 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315
A $65 fee per bag will be applied for any trash left behind.
Fireplace:
A complimentary bundle of wood is provided for your stay. Ensure the fireplace is used safely, and remember to extinguish all fires before leaving or retiring for the night.
Thermostat:
Set the thermostat to your desired temperature during your stay and return it to 65°F upon checkout.
Kitchen Cleanup:
• Please clean the kitchen after meals, including rinsing and placing dishes in the dishwasher.
• An additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied if dishes or trash are left behind.
BBQ:
• Clean the grill thoroughly after each use.
• Turn off the valve on the propane tank to avoid a $100 cleaning and propane refill fee.
Spa:
• Rinse off before using the spa to prevent oil and makeup buildup.
• Set the spa back to 95°F when finished and ensure the cover is sealed tightly.
• A $175 fee will be applied for a dump and refill if the water is left murky.
Snow Removal:
• Shovel and salt are provided for guest use.
• Plow services will clear the property during or after 3 inches of snow.
