The Space:
Seagrove Palace is a three-story, 10-bedroom home in Santa Rosa Beach built for large groups who want room to spread out while still being together. An in-home elevator connects all three levels, making it easy to move between living areas, bedrooms, and the outdoor pool deck. Three separate living rooms let everyone settle in at their own pace, whether that means quiet downtime upstairs or a full group movie night on the main floor.
Sleeping Arrangements
Eight king suites, each with its own ensuite bathroom, offer private retreats after full days at the beach. Two bunk rooms (4 bunks each), also with ensuite bathrooms, are perfect for kids, teens, or group-style sleeping. A half bath on the first floor adds convenience for the common areas. Total capacity: 32 guests across 10 bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms.
Kitchen & Gathering Spaces
The main floor kitchen is designed for cooking at scale, two full-size refrigerators, generous counter space, and direct flow into the dining and living areas where meals naturally turn into long conversations. Additional living spaces on the second and third floors give the group flexibility throughout the day, and a game room with a regulation pool table adds to the fun.
Outdoor Living
The private backyard features a swimming pool with waterfall, hot tub, and poolside lounge seating. Pool heat is available October through May by request ($75/night). Outdoor seating and a grilling area make evenings easy after the beach, and covered balconies on the upper floors offer breezy spots to unwind with a view of the tree canopy.
Getting Around
A 6-passenger golf cart is included with every stay, perfect for quick trips to the beach, Seaside, or nearby restaurants along 30A. A waiver with our golf cart partner (Destin Florida Golf Cart Rentals, LLC) is required before use; details and QR code provided at check-in.
Location
Located in Seagrove Beach along Scenic Highway 30A, you're a short walk to the beach and minutes from Seaside, Watercolor, and Rosemary Beach. Restaurants, boutiques, galleries, and nature trails throughout South Walton are all within easy reach by golf cart or car.

This home uses keyless entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text approximately 2 weeks before arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Great house in a fantastic location! It's within walking distance to the beach, and shopping is easily accessible with the provided LSV. Requesting the LSV was simple using the QR code on the refrigerator. Each floor features its own living room, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The elevator was incredibly convenient for transporting suitcases. The under-counter ice maker was a real bonus for making frozen drinks. We loved the wonderful pool for afternoon swims and the hot tub for evening relaxation. The host was very responsive to our questions via text or email. With an ensuite bathroom in every bedroom, the property was ideal for hosting multiple families at our reunion.

This house was perfect for a large group! I was a little nervous based on reviews of the single refrigerator, so I was pleasantly surprised to see two when we checked in! The rooms were spacious and the hosts were very responsive to questions! My only suggestion would be for there to be a broom or vacuum available. Things got very sandy and we did not have anything to clean up with! Overall, we very much enjoyed staying in this property and would definitely do so again!

Kitchen was very spacious with a large center island perfect for preparing meals and socializing. Back yard, pool and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious.
