The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home that has ocean view from the front deck. This home is located in downtown Rehoboth walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Rehoboth Beach is family friendly and has something for everyone. The house is a few houses off the beach which allows easy beach access for guest. The 3 story home can sleep up to 10 guest and has plenty of free parking. The home is directly across from a park with a playground and lake for any groups with young children.

We stayed for a long weekend in October 2025 and fortunately had beautiful sunny weather. The spacious 2nd floor screened-in porch was a fabulous place for us to enjoy family time. The park is right across the street, and the kids loved playing at the playground there (ages 1 and 4.). Everything is walking distance - the beach, boardwalk and Main Street area for great restaurants. Bed linens, towels and plenty of beach chairs/toys (including a wagon) made things easy and convenient.
