Welcome to 16 Park Ave!
OVERVIEW: Nestled in the Pines of North Rehoboth, this upscale home offers ample off-street parking and a generous five-bedroom floor plan with three primary bedrooms and private ensuites. The first floor has a beautiful open concept with a kitchen, dining, and great room areas. Built-in cabinetry, quartzite countertops, laundry on both levels, sub-zero Wolfe refrigerator, and two Bosch dishwashers. The living area has a stone surround wood burning fireplace, house sound system, rear screened-in porch, and balconies off the primary suites.
The second level offers a second family room with a TV and comfortable seating.
LOCATION: The house is located in "The Pines" neighborhood of Rehoboth Beach, named for the abundance of pine trees. The Pines is one of the most desirable locations in town, Rehoboth Beach, because it offers easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach while being blessed with large numbers of old-growth trees in the heart of town. Many of our guests park their cars once they arrive and walk or bike around town for the rest of their stay.
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. six cars.
AMENITIES: EVSE charging station, beach equipment, crib, pack & play, stroller, and high chair. Double dishwasher, screened-in porch, ceiling fans, two outdoor showers, private fenced-in yard, and gorgeous landscaping. There are two washers and dryers, central AC, Wi-Fi, and multiple outdoor entertaining areas. There is no need to bring beach chairs or umbrellas, as the owner supplies them for you!
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Linens are not provided. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. A dog has been on the property, but this is not a pet-friendly home. We require a seven-night stay all year.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Wonderful location in quiet neighborhood just steps from the beach. Even with hurricane Erin during our stay, there are plenty of books, games, puzzles, activities provided in the house. The home is extremely well outfitted throughout.

We loved our stay at The Pines ! It is in pristine condition with a well-stocked kitchen. It is ideally located only 50 yards to the beach and 15 min walk to town/Boardwalk. Despite the close proximity of the surrounding homes, the property was very quiet with minimal car traffic. The bottle of wine and fresh flowers upon arrival were a lovely touch. We look forward to returning next year.
