Pros: Traumhafte Aussicht, Ruhe, sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen inkl Pool. Schöne, helle Wohnungseinrichtung. Relativ sichtgeschützte Terrasse. Netter Vermieter, der rasch antwortete. Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Schlüssel-Box.
Cons: Nur Kleinigkeiten: Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz okay. Ich vermisste ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett (gerade da eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung ist). Im Bad ist es durch die aufgestellte Wickelkommode eng. Diese Punkte habe ich dem Eigentümer auch mitgeteilt. Wir waren die ersten Gäste zur Miete. Die Liegen auf dem Balkon sind hart, da wäre eine Auflage angenehm.
