Welcome to Little Paradise, a charming apartment situated on the first floor of a residential building on the beautiful hills overlooking Lake Garda.
The apartment spans approximately 80 m² and comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. It features a well-equipped kitchen, a bright and welcoming living area, and everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Guests have access to a shared outdoor swimming pool (8×4×2 m, fenced), ideal for cooling off on warm summer days.
Please note: The apartment is on the first floor and accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator. This property is not suitable for guests who use a wheelchair or have significant mobility limitations.

Pros: Traumhafte Aussicht, Ruhe, sehr gepflegte Außenanlagen inkl Pool. Schöne, helle Wohnungseinrichtung. Relativ sichtgeschützte Terrasse. Netter Vermieter, der rasch antwortete. Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Schlüssel-Box.
Cons: Nur Kleinigkeiten: Die Sauberkeit war nicht ganz okay. Ich vermisste ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett (gerade da eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung ist). Im Bad ist es durch die aufgestellte Wickelkommode eng. Diese Punkte habe ich dem Eigentümer auch mitgeteilt. Wir waren die ersten Gäste zur Miete. Die Liegen auf dem Balkon sind hart, da wäre eine Auflage angenehm.
