Our home is prepped based upon the number of guests. Only registered guests are allowed.
*CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel and get a full refund up to 30 days before your arrival date. Please note that this home has an HOA and last minute changes are not allowed, therefore we have a Cancellation Policy in place for this reason. If you cancel after the 30 day window, you get 50% refund up to 15 days before your check in date. If you cancel anytime after the 15 day window, you will lose your reservation and funds will no longer be refundable. NOTE: in the event that there are travel restrictions or natural disasters we will work with you to reschedule your trip up to 120 days from your check in date. THANK YOU.
Pets are allowed subject to approval by the host and a pet fee (assistance/support animals must be disclosed at time of booking as we require certificates to waive fees). Gatherings, parties, events and smoking is not allowed. Violators are subject to penalties.
We are very available during our guests' stay. While we are not on site, we can be reached via text at any time. Respecting our guests' privacy and wishes is our top priority. We welcome the opportunity to assist our guests by making restaurant/shopping recommendations, sharing favorite things to do in the area, and helping with transportation, etc.

The short bed frames and 4-5” mattresses were uncomfortable for my family; they are tall people. The electric socket above the bed, behind the pillows in the main bedroom were disconcerting. The kitchen sink did not drain. We did not eat there and didn’t put any food down the drain, the stagnant water called fruit flies. There were no wash cloths or dish towels present in the home. There were bugs under the shower mat.
